Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing page in one click. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — no hidden fees, no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
Can I switch between Pro and Premium?
Anytime. From your billing page, you can upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations are encrypted and stored securely in Supabase. We never sell your data and never use it to train public AI models. You can delete your account and all data anytime from settings.
Do you offer a refund?
If Lingvofy isn't working for you in the first 14 days, email us at hello@lingvofy.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
What languages do you support?
Nine languages currently: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Korean, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese. We're adding more based on user demand.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan gives you 15 conversations per day with Oliver (English tutor) — no credit card, no commitment. Upgrade only when you're ready.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
